We may also get data about you from third parties such as your current financial and professional advisers such as valuer, accountant and solicitor and your bank. We will use your data to fulfil the contract we have with you and only when we have a legitimate business reason for doing.

For the purposes of IT hosting, maintenance and marketing, your information may be located on servers within the EU and may be transferred to and stored of the EEA. If we do transfer information outside of the EEA we make sure we use one of the following safeguards:

- we use contracts with the recipients to ensure they give personal data the same protection it has in the EEA
